  • Step 2: We will review your request within 1–2 business days and, if approved, send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return shipping address.
  • Step 3: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging. Include the RMA number and a copy of your receipt inside the package.

At Web18, the security of your payment information is a top priority. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your financial data during every transaction.

1. PCI DSS Compliance

CHRISORA does not currently accept payment card information on this website. Online payments will only be enabled after a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor has been configured.

2. SSL/TLS Encryption

All data transmitted between your browser and our website is encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS (Secure Sockets Layer / Transport Layer Security) technology. You can verify this by looking for the padlock icon in your browser's address bar and the "https://" prefix in our URL.

  • Gift Cards: Web18 gift cards (redeemable at checkout)
